This post has a lot of info in it, and what I used when getting everything ready:Is there a helix programming discussion thread separate from this one, or is it kosher for me to ask what I should do in here? I already rented it once from dan, didn’t even use it because it was already programmed for a GTI/57. I reprogrammed it for an estate/60 later on (which I don’t really see why there’s a difference, nothing is different in front of the rear axle), and it still doesn’t feel right. Hurts my ears anywhere north of like 30% volume.
I guess I should be doing the low-powered estate, number 98 right?

To answer your question:
With a 7.5 wagon, most people prefer to use the 98 program as they don't have the 8 speaker system that the MK7 has (two rear door speakers). I have a 2017 with 8 speaker and Use 60, think it's pretty spot on. Most MIB 2.5+ owners tend to go with the "New" programs too from what i've read. The thread is kinda long, but a lot of the facelift owners talk about liking the 90's programs:

^19 Alltrack SE that preferred 97 over 98, but used 60 originally*

For those who are looking for multi-language manualI'd appreciate if I could be added to the rental list, also some info on how to do the programming would be awesome, thanks
