Yeah I guess doctors and others who are on call would use one so they don't have to give out their cell number.
I had a pager not long ago in my paramedic life...I liked having my work separated from my personal life. Then they gave people the option to get pages on their cell phone, it was all downhill from there. Then the county eliminated the pagers.
I don’t think you have anything to worry about, considering all the tinfoil you must wear.
Aluminum is a neurotoxin, along with fluoride. I don't use either if I can help it. It is most likely a carcinogen as well, evidence from production process. Keep drinking your city water...

Being afraid of tap water (unless you live in Flint) is just another idea put into people's heads by corporations who want to sell you bottled water instead.
Also, almost all heavy metals are toxic, hence paint chips becoming less popular as a children's snack.
