TCR Exhaust on a 7.5 GTI is awesome - (the new CSS exhaust)

Ordered a TCR exhaust for a mate. Car has a Stage 1 tune and is 6 speed manual. Was super surprised that it pops between shifts. Great OEM upgrade for 7.5 cars.

I think availability is going to be tough though. Had to wait 2 months for it to ship.

Since I'm not going to watch a 10 minute video, a couple questions.

Was it installed on an otherwise 100% stock exhaust setup? I.e. no downpipe or resonator deletes?

Does it drone?

Is it a simple slip fit replacement, or does it need to go to an exhaust shop to get welded in?

Stock exhaust just the back box was replaced.
Car has a stage 1 tune from UGP

Think of this as the same as the CSS exhaust. So anything you read about it would apply. It’s the same muffler but with tip spacing to fit the 7.5
You cut your pipe at the perforated line and then fit with a clamp. Same as CSS.
