How soon do you need a ride? The LP is amazing as others have said and I get more use out of that over the LSD. However on the 1x week I go out and hoon the LSD does really work to tighten up the corners and make me feel race car driver. the 10 HP I would like to do a test to see if a non-pro can notice and unless you track the brakes matter way less than your tires.

2 years 25K miles and if it continues to be reliable this will be the best car I've ever owned (and yeah, I'm kinda old)

I didn't know the PP existed when I got mine. I didn't do a lot of research and just got the first low mileage mk7 6mt ( in reflex silver ) I could find. That said, I think the PP would be a good idea if I wanted a DSG, but with a manual you have to replace the clutch if you're gonna mod; Why not just put a real LSD, not a virtual one in, when said clutch procedure is inevitable. Also, most people ditch their PP brakes anyway.

Get the PP unless you plan to modify the brakes and add an LSD. Avoid DCC if you are planning to modify the shocks and springs.

Surely you do not want to miss out on one of these.

If a truck is still an option, I am enjoying this one. Not at GTI performance but has a 2.3L turbo 4. Can be tuned to 350hp and growing aftermarket. Good forum but not as good as the MK7 forum.

Don't the 18 and forward base models have the HID from the earlier LP? I prefer my LED's, but the older HID's were still pretty good. An 18 or 19 base with no sunroof, HID's and some Macan front calipers would be mighty nice. I've been eyeballing the wife's Q5 front calipers, I kind of like the raw finish.
