i acquired a takumar lens a few years back from someone who heard i enjoy photography. i know there are photography related forums but i know there are some serious photo guru's on here so i thought i'd use some fellow mkvers.
the lens is a 28mm f/3.5 'super-multi-coated' lens.
i know they make adapters to go from the m42 design to fit most popular brands (i use nikon). is it worth getting one of these adaptors or should i try to sell the lense and get something else? (considering a 50 f/1.4)
i'm still learning the terminology with all these lenses so please excuse the noobishness of this post.
