Confirm the following...
1. you connected everything back up
2. you cleared all the fault codes
3. you went on a 10km test drive
4. the list of faults codes is what came up again..
You have a lot of fault code with "Not driven" ...which means the car has not been driven to enable the sensors/module to self fault check.
It looks like there is a fault in the ABS unit or to the VAQ unit as the CAN Gateway is communicating with the ABS as there was no fault in the CAN gateway & the ABS unit is readable by VCDS....You need to Google all of those fault codes...try placing the English fault code list up on the Ross-Tech VCDS Forum...You must have done other work at the same time to have caused that many faults...cut the wiring by accident, not fully inserted a connector, bent pin on a connector...

You really need to check the front ABS sensors due to this fault code:-

I have just made adjustments to the clutches and gears on the highway, everything is fine. Sensors measure well, steering measures well, only the fault is in the left front wheel and it is a mechanical failure, not an electronic one, that is what worries me the most. The only thing I have left to try is to install the bearing, although thinking about it if the left and right sensors read the bearing correctly, it should be ok

What do you mean by "The only thing I have left to try is to install the bearing".......
Have you removed the wheel bearing unit from the aluminium hub/knuckle??.....
The ABS sensor might had got damaged, or knocked & there could be dead spots on the reluctor ring, or there is too much gap between the reluctor ring & the ABS sensor......
Try swapping the ABS sensors around on the front wheels to see if the fault moves to the other wheel...

To remove the gearbox you have to remove the driveshaft, if you removed the driveshaft you could have damaged the ABS sensor or the reluctor ring on the hub unit when you re-fitted the driveshaft & torqued up the big hub nut...
The sensors have been changed, the bearings have been used for 2 months because I mounted clubsport S spindles and mounted everything new. I still have more new bearings in stock from my store. I have looked at all the sensors and they read correctly both gearbox speed and wheel sensors

Have to tried to clear/delete the codes in each module separately??..
The sensor might read, but the reading would be "out" by only a very slight amount....Have you swapped the ABS sensors around to see if fault code moves to the other side??
TBH you need to start a new thread & list all the work you did just before you started having these problems & the fault codes & also post onto Ross-tech forums it now appears you have done lots of other work at the same time & not just fitted a Wavetrac.
