Swapped GTI seats into GSW, what did I do wrong?

Hey all. I put gti seats in my GSW. Everything plugged in fine and everything works. But for some reason I can’t get to the back left bolt of the passenger seat. The passenger side doesn’t move up as far as the driver’s - not allowing me access to the bolt. It’s hand tight for now. The front to rear adjustment was uneven before I put them in and made sure they were straight and even before install. Everything lined up as it should have. Before I pull this seat again to check the track alignment again, is there anything else I could have done wrong?

I’m dumb. I didn’t adjust the height.

Nah, your not dumb. I've done it too. Would guess most of use at one point or another have done it as well
