First off, this is not another “what should I get to lower my ride” thread. I think I’ve kind of narrowed that part down.

This is a “please show me your dope ass lowered ride” thread. Whether it’s kinda low, medium low, real low or dirt nasty low, I’d love to see them all and to know what setups y’all are running.

For background, I’ve spent the better part of a week reading and watching everything I can find on different types of suspension setups people have used to lower their cars.

Lots of great information, but it’s also a TON of information too.

I also know there are tons of pictures spread throughout this forum and elsewhere, but, I just thought it would be cool to have one thread to showcase them all.

She’s dirty and this isn’t the most artistic picture in the world, but this is about 4 days after I had my H&R OE Springs and 15/20 spacers installed. Alignment is on Tuesday.

Thanks to everyone who has posted pictures so far. They’re awesome.

I'm currently in the "kinda low" camp running VW DriveGear springs with Bilstein B8 shocks/struts (TT pads in the rear).

It's the perfect entry level setup for lowering; got rid of the factory wheel gap but can still tackle driveways and gravel roads.

Kinda low. Ohlins with 80N/mm front, 110N/mm rear. Pretty much bottomed out on both. 235/40r18 on 18x8.5 et45.

Really needs 7" springs with a helper in the rear, might do that next year.

Bilstein B16’s, just about max height front, almost there as well up front. About 2 fingers of gap between fender and tire.
Have 034 front top mounts to add 1.4 degrees negative camber.
