What can I use to bond polyurethane to Stainless Steel?

It looks like SuperPro only glued 10% of the bushing to the outer S.S. Sleeve that goes on the outside of the bushing assembly . WhiteLine in Canada, who bought out SuperPro, is no help. Whatever they used had to be chiseled off to get back to the base materials, incredibly tough. I'm leaning towards JB Weld, but might no hold up since I do track the car.

Asking for clarification, and to help others reading:

Have you contacted SuperPro's customer service instead of Whiteline?

This looks/sounds like a warranty defect due to a manufacturing issue, in which case they should send you a fresh arm and take this one back for inspection/repair.

Would save you grief and "urban engineering" it yourself.

Is it only the one arm that had this issue? (assuming you ordered a pair.

They are out of warranty coverage. I did call SuperPro, I was directed to Whiteline. Supposedly for North America White Line covers SuperPro also.

I started with SuperPro and they referred me the Whiteline in Canada. Unfortunately the arm are out of warranty. And, both rear bushings came out. Since Whiteline wouldn’t sell replacements I’ve had grooves machined into the S.S. inserts and in the bushings. I have ordered some fairly pricey epoxy and will bond the bushings in next week or so.
