Suffolk OBD 11 battery programming help

Anyone in Suffolk Zip 23434 could help my son out? He's got a GTI and needs to do the obd11 setup for new battery.

Sure. I just need to get it from my car which is at the shop. I can only do it after work, like around 6'ish in the evening.

FYI I live in Newport News but work mobile in Portsmouth and Suffolk (I do mobile ADAS calibrations... radar and camera stuff). Have all the scan tools to hook him up if needed.
