Strange Noise Under Acceleration

I have this odd noise when pressing the accelerator pedal... after a second this weird long beep or sound comes on then goes off when pedal is released.

Doesnt change as revs go up or down its like a constant motor / actuator noise?

Video attached but you need to listen with it against your ear!!

Any ideas?

Looked like he was in neutral just raising the idle a little.

Hi, I am having the exact same issue with my 2014 GTD DSG. The VW specialists that I use have not heard it before and are unsure of what it could be. Not sure if anyone has found a solution for it yet?

it could be turbo acuator, check in output test(obd11) of turbo when engine off and ignition on

i has have the same kind of problem
