Strange fault after fitting 8” screen

I replaced screen for 8" almost two years ago and when I saw this thread I couldn't resist so I grabbed my OBD11, scanned my GTD and bam - fault code was there.
Thanks @Somnus for explanation. No more B201A00.

i bought 5Q0 035 874 C reader (without CD) from SKODA which is converted for VOLKSWAGEN reader - for my GOLF VII 2013.
My fabric reader is 5G0 035 846 (with CD)
My only one problem is that after i install new 5Q0 035 874C i get fault in vcds: U1014 00 [009], my now coding is:
02730001FF00000011110001000800001F0000940100010045 (park camera dont work)
02730001FF00000011110001000800001F0000D40100010045 (camera work)

my original coding from last reader (5G0 035 846) was:
02730001FF00000011110001000800001F0106940100010045

Could You help me with this strange fault?

*i change usb port for 5Q0 035 726 E for Carplay

I’m using obd11 and the code I’m getting is 5ea under ‘confirmation of installation change’
