Stock MK7 GTI exhaust cut open

It looks to be based off the Golf R exhaust, for some reason.

It has the same pattern on the exterior of the case, and you can see the one in the video where it has the closed off section where the second tips would come out of the muffler.

It's definitely not a NAR GTI based on the channel name "Mój Garaż" (Polish for "My Garage"). Maybe ROW GTI's have their exhaust based off the R? No idea to be honest.

Yeah, weird. Almost looks like an R exhaust with two tips instead of four and no valves haha.

Have you seen under the hood of an A3/S3?

It's identical. It's why so many parts can be used on both. They're the same exact chassis.

Yeah, I knew about the chassis being modular, but guess I was thinking that was focused on the frame bits. Didn't realize it went to the length of engine (I knew we shared some parts here), driveline, and even down to multiple muffler configurations haha.

The muffler is off a quattro 2.0t audi a3. It isn't a gti muffler.
