Its like they don't want your money. I've dealt with German businesses in the past and lots of them are extremely slow. At least they respond to you. The French just don't respond at all.

They've been easy enough to work with, just have to be patient.

Timeline -
11/4 - Started group buy
11/12 - Got 9 people, requested next steps from company
11/15 - First response, asking for address, provided same day
11/23 - Followed up since I hadn't heard a response
11/26 - Second response, told they would send invoice that day. Did not happen
11/30 - Received invoice, paid immediately
12/4 - Received tracking email
12/7 - First activity on tracking saying DHL received the package
12/15 - Waiting impatiently for package to arrive from Germany

It took 18 days from me saying "Aight, I'd like to order 9 sets" to actually getting the invoice and paying for them.

With anything overseas right now...you just gotta be patient. Shipping is slow right now.

I was looking into buying some bike parts from Europe. The free shipping is now gone. Buying from the UK and mainland Europe used to be cheaper because they would offer free shipping.
