Squeaking noise at low speed

Sounds like it's coming from the front suspension area, not too bad but slightly irritating. I've got VWR springs fitted, I know it could be a number of things but could it be the bushes need upgrading with something like these:

Rob, I get it occasionally on mine too - I put it down to the stiffer VWR springs...

Rob, one other thing just in case - I'd re-check the torque on the front wheel bolts. I remember with the wheel spacers that I had to re-visit and locktite/ threadlock my bolts. I did 3 of 5 all round and re-torqued to the 110nm.

Ok thanks will do, the wheels have been off a few times over the past 6 months for painting and new tyres etc, I'll get them checked.

On another matter I'm thinking of getting new brake discs when I get new pads in the next few weeks, I've had a few things done by Awesome GTI and they recommend the Tarox cross drilled discs and pads, have you done anything to your brakes or do you have any advice?
