Pulling out in front of two speeding cars and going slow doesn't help. Even when I'm doing the speed limit there's often a Q-tip or someone on their phone (or both) doing that.

He came to a complete stop. If he would’ve committed and continued to pull across the street, this may not have ended as catastrophic. Still, dumbasses in civics and scions, are dumbasses.

Sad situation. Playing Ricky Racer on the street is beyond stupid. Yes the person pulled out & froze. Had the Ricky Racers been driving a bit slower the accident may have been survivable.
