I’m not OP but these are the MK7.5 Euro ones, so yes they do.

Not OP, but yes via OBD11 or VAGCOM

I believe ShopDAP has a video on how these will function w/o coding

I saw dap's app in obd11 but I don't know if that's specific to thier harness or not.

The extent of my coding ability is I was able to figure out how to click an app to make all my windows go down with the key fob.

Like the other commenter said, if you get a Zero815 harness he provides step by step instructions, as does ShopDAP, and I believe Urotuning.
