Either way nobody in their right mind would pay 800 man. These guys are just trying to help

If you really want to sell it, drop your price and we can talk. 800 sounds like a conditional price that you will sell it only if you get that price, which you will not. Anyway, if you seriously want to sell it for a fair price, like 600, your odds of selling greatly improve.
