Just pulled out an Airlift 3P kit out of a 2017 Golf R. What you see is what you get. No tank/compressor/management. I believe this kit is fully MK7 platform compatible but don't quote me on it.
EDIT: Should be components of Kit 78522 & 78622
Not sure at what mileage this was installed on the car. Car currently has 14k miles on it (so it has at most that, probably a bit less on it).
Front struts assembled w/ camber/caster adjustment
Rear Shocks
Rear bags
Control arms
Various hardlines and equipment

Pricing the parts out new it looks like it's a bit over $2000 without adding in tank/compressor/management.
