Stage 1 Garrett. It's more responsive than a standard vortex and more than enough power for track use, plus I wanted to help get the speed sensor working on open source.
I don't daily my Golf so mileage isn't high, and I'm religious about oil changes and running a baffled PCV to reduce blow-by hitting the intake.
