As promised, here are all the parts for sale from my 1.8 5 speed. Some will work on the GTI and R as well. I'll try to post that info, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

If it's in the picture, that's what you're getting. If you need more pics, let me know, but I'm not good with technical stuff that's included or not.

1) Southbend Stage 3 Endurance Clutch - $600 $500 SOLD
1.8 5 speed only
Was on the car for 4037 miles. Seems like still great condition. No slipping at all.

2) Wavetrac Limited Slip Differential - $800 $700 SOLD
UPDATED WITH ALL FITMENTS : Wavetrac Differential 02J-B will fit MK4 '04+ 5spd and MK5 2.5L 5cyl 5spd manual. Also 5 speed manual MK6 & MK7. 02S 6 speed.
Only on the car for 4037 miles. Made a huge difference in traction especially when turning and accelerating.

3) BFI Stage 1 transmission mount - $250 $200 SOLD
1.8 5 speed only
Only on the car for 1759 miles.

4) iabed Rear Main Seal - $100. SOLD

Never installed. Still sealed

5) Pinion Shaft Brace - Shipping Only SOLD

My mechanic said it didn't fit my housing. Bought for $140, but I know there's risk that it won't work, so if you're wanting to try it, you just pay shipping.

Against better judgement, it's got a gti 6 spd now. Put way too much into it, but it's like walking halfway into a tunnel. You can walk back or forward, but it's the same distance either way. It feels great though. That 3 to 4 shift is seamless and keeps it in the power band with no loss of momentum. Was surprised the first time. Can't wait to see how it is at autocross as 2nd gear is a smidge shorter

since I had just put in lsd, clutch, mounts etc, had to rebuy all of that stuff. So these parts are great if you're sticking with is20 power. If you're going is38 +, just either get a gti, golf r or swap in a gti 6spd.

Where's all the mk4, mk5, mk6, mk7 1.8 and 2.5 owners? Wavetrac is a great upgrade so you can do 2 wheeled burnouts instead of 1.

And that clutch for mk7 1.8 owners will prevent that dreaded clutch slip unless you like the acrid smell of burnt clutch.

I will consider offers.

Clutch was $1k + tax new This is the endurance version with kevlar friction plate.

Wavetrac was $1k + tax new.
