SneekyTuned waiting period?

Hey guys! im brand new here,, just got my 2018 mk7.5 6MT in September with 6k miles. Currently since then ive done- intake, FMIC, front splitter, side splitters, and rear diffuser, turbo inlet, Downpipe, and catback.. also on cobb AP.. i ordered my OTS Sneekytuned map on Saturday its now Thursday is this normal waiting period for an email tune? I also got an EQT tune on Monday and received it in my email 2 days later.. but still nothing from Sneeky.. i also emailed them the same day i bought the tune with a question still no answer... im sure they are busy and everything but at least EQT answered my email and sent me the tune very quickly..,

EQT has been running up to 7 days wait lately also. Maybe they got caught up. I would wait for the Sneeky tune anyway to compare.

No, that's IROZ Motorsport. Sneeky is still with the MK7 platform.

All of this - mine ended up in my junk pile after 4 days. Once I found it and supplied my AP Serial # I had my tune the next day.

I got my EQT after a couple days in regular email folder, and trust me I have been checking junk everyday, today is Friday now and still nothing so far /: I do want to compare the two anyway. But Sneekytuned hasn’t even been able to answer an email about a big order so they must be busy? I placed order sat. I know it says business days so today would be 5. I did give them serial and everything when I placed the order. I don’t know if it’s worth shooting another email asking since no one has answered my first two emails 6 days ago lol

I even tipped Sneeky an extra 20 bucks cause i was so excited lmaooo he must be super busy I’m not like freaking out or anything I know it says 2-5 business days, I was just asking to see if anyone here knew the general wait. So I’ll just keep checking my email folders and until then really learn this EQT setup so I can compare the two and log them both

and jon... well.... back to the topic at hand, sneeky is not known for his chattyness in emails , sometimes files are sent with little to no insight, or answers.

Back when I switched back to my IS38 from my TPC20 which was getting converted to a ball bearing chra I got tired of waiting for the EQT OTS IS38 tune for the GTI so I got the IS38 OTS tune from Sneeky to use in the meantime and it is excellent. Still running it and just waiting to reinstall the TPC20 BB turbo.

i also run the is38 ots from sneek . i use it as my putting around town (if i have to commute tune) i am partial to my e35 dyno tune from eqt as you would imagine. =)
