Smog and Aftermarket Coils / Plugs

I am looking to upgrade coil packs and spark plugs. Specifically the Brisk ER12S Spark plugs (one heat range colder) and RS3 red top coils, will these have any effect on emissions if I flash back to stock tune?

You don't need the coils the OEM ones are fine. Most guys are saying that the Brisk plugs aren't lasting long. You also don't need 1 step colder but if you insist I would get the RS7 plugs. Or stock heat range the NGK Ruthenium plugs. No problem with emissions. Perhaps if you used too cold of a plug.

As long as you're not having a CEL and your emissions monitors are ready. you'll be fine for smog.
