Thanks for the video. I don't know if I could have started driving again so shortly after that spin which almost totaled your car. Did you mount your camera on the bumper where the tow hook screws in? The low angle really heightened the sense of speed.

Was definitely a learning experience; glad to have purchased track insurance just in case.

Yes, purchased a Rennline tow hook with GoPro mount. Planning to add a second GoPro mount to the rear tow hook, however, I'm up to suggestions on other perspectives that I can capture.

How much did it cost you to run there? Daytona doesn't seem to be cheap for track days, which is a shame given I live in the area.

The 24 hour course with the SCCA is around $230/day. The student course is $100-150.
