Reverse cam turns off when deactivating parking sensors

When I put my car in reverse with a trailer or my bike rack attached my parking sensors go bananas. I press the button next to the stick shift and it deactivates the sensors. The problem is it also deactivates my reverse cam. Is there a way to set it to leave my cam on and only deactivate the sensors? Possibly with coding? The cam would be very handy for the trailer.

My car is a Canadian 2018 Golf Sportwagen 4motion Comfortline.
