If that rx8 hasn't already had the engine swapped by Mazda for all the known renesis issues assume its going to need a rebuild. Shook closed his shop and elite rotary sucks so your only option for a rebuild will be banzai. Chris knows his stuff but his services are sought out by every rotary owner in the US (read that, not cheap).
The s6 wagon is cool but you're going to end upvin exactly the same place as with the car you're currently trying to sell.
I know nothing about the two Chevy so I wouldn't comment on them.
