Just curious if it's safe? It's such a small difference, but it wouldn't be on a forged wheel. Don't want a wheel just quitting on me. Can't run wobble/PCD bolts because I have a stud conversion on my car.

Yes, it's safe. I unknowingly bought wheels that were 114.3 redrilled to 112 (they were advertised as 112). Honestly, the difference was so minimal I probably would have never known if the box didn't have "114.3" printed on it but a sticker slapped on that said "112".
