Rear Red Side Markers. Is there a bulb?

My passenger side rear red marker is out. Is this a bulb or an LED? I can't seem to find anything about these lights.

This also codes off the small "city light" in the inner part of the headlight. The proper way is to get e-codes. :D:cool:

Ideally yes. Maybe I should just bite the bullet and do this.

Ain’t cheap though!

Orange side marker can also be disabled by pulling a wire (I think 13) from the headlight plug. There’s a DIY somewhere.

Retains the “city light” functionality.

Just curious but why wouldn't you want cross traffic to see your car better in the dark? Not to mention it could get you pulled over by an astute cop. I guess I don't get the reason for doing that.

Because racecar?

Probably the same reason that Germans want to ADD sidemarker lights to their cars - because they aren't allowed there.
