No. Only thing mentioned was maybe consider springs. This is just a sleeper daily driver build. I don’t know what it would cost to do head work but I’m already into this thing way too much. I’m not planning to rev the piss out of it

Did part of the MPI install today. Having a euro manifold certainly makes it easy. Not sure how many miles were on it but it had a fair amount of carbon and gunk built up on the flaps so I cleaned it. Also installed the APR boost tap ive had sitting for over a year. With the engine harness already out of the car it will make the wiring simple. I’ll tackle that later in the week when I can get to where the car is stored.

Ran wire for ethanol sensor and hose for boost tap for the P3. Exciting I know. Still waiting on the motor and turbo.

Awesome. Pink & magenta get installed into the fuse block by the battery/intake. One is voltage for the injectors, the other is voltage for the ethanol sensor.

I trimmed the front fuse door/cover so those wires had a bit of tension relief. They were uncomfortably tensioned when I installed mine.

Thanks for the heads up. Odd that they didnt include that info about the ethanol sensor in the instructions. I was scratching my head for a minute.

Not me. Motor has been blown for 2 months.

Been a minute since I had anything to update. But my XL and discharge pipes arrived yesterday. Machinist claims end of this week for my block. Was hoping to have a running car by xmas but I don’t think that will happen.

What size pistons did you go with and what's your P2W clearance?
