Ok, so save time and go do a smoke test. That way you will be able to see exactly where it is.

Ram another boost leak test with the apr insert. The only air moving is coming out of the oil cap. If I put the cap on then air starts flowing from the pcv hose at the turbo inlet pipe connection. I’ve sprayed the connections with soapy water. My boost tap is not leaking. I can hear air flowing in the manifold.
So with that amount of airflow, will there be enough pressure to even find the leak ?

Ok so I found one. Just not where it I thought. IC inlet

Curious to see the findings and result. I'm tuning another car and saw a similar PUT vs MAP delta. Think he has a boost leak also or in his case it could something weird going on because he's right at /exceeding the limits of the stock MAP.

Sourcing t bolt clamps to replace the worm ones. Plus I broke one today. Found that one leak on the IC inlet. When I pulled the hose I saw the aluminum had corrosion where the leak was. A scotchbrite pad has it looking new and leak free now. Also found a leak where the EQT hose and solid pipe meet. It’s interesting seeing how far hoses move when you put 30psi in them

Went ahead and ordered a Bosch 4 bar and EQTs new 5 bar map. So I know that’ll make a few people in here happy.

Got new clamps. Haven’t had a spare minute to install and retest. Been working a bunch of overtime

Been working on boost leaks. Got t bolt clamps for all the pipes and got those leaks taken care of. But I found two at the port injectors. On is coming out of the harness connector which I found odd. But the seal was pushed out. I push it back in and when I pressure test it pushes back out. See the pics. The other leak is around the seal at the rail. Somehow I doubt I should have leaks through the injectors electrical connection

Just boost. No fuel leak no odor of fuel ever.
