Rad support bracket keeps coming loose

installed my Unitronic intercooler a couple months ago but since installing I’ve been having an issue with the bracket on the radiator in this picture coming loose from time to time upon going over a bump once the whole bracket broke loose on both sides and my serpentine belt started rubbing and it broke my belt. Anyone ever have this issue and have any advice so it doesn’t happen again?

I also had Unitronic intercooler and did not experience with any issue. I recently switched to CSF radiator and HPA intercooler and still no issue.

If you are open to a minimally invasive surgery, how about a small drill bit and some zip ties?

I have unitronic also and no problem. Could it be install error? Either that or something it’s broken.
