What's your take on running race coolant if freezing temperature is not of any concerns?

Racing coolant are also commonly known as type B coolant and doesn't contain any anti freeze/anti boil ingredients. However, they do come with corrosion inhibitors to prevent rust formation. - https://penriteoil.com.au/knowledge...erence-between-Type-A-and-Type-B-Coolants/424

Since racing coolant usually doesn't contain glycol, the high water % allows for higher thermal capacity hence will be more efficient in removing heat from the engine - https://www.motortrend.com/how-to/glycol-or-water-coolant/

Products in the market includes VP racing stay frosty race-ready coolant, Penrite 10 Tenths Race Coolant.

Does anyone here runs on racing coolant instead of the VW approved G13/G12evo stuff?

I run distilled water and vp cool down additive. It's basically the same as their stay frosty coolant. Works great for track purposes, it will freeze though. I drain it and put g13 in just for winter storage then replace it with water again in spring.
I live in a warm climate where it doesn't freeze at all hence I was thinking of changing to type B coolant for it's better cooling performance for daily purposes.

May I know what's your drain procedure? Do you flush it with distilled water until it's clear of any of the dyed stuff?
