Question about broken clip due to JB4 uninstall and dealership

Hi, I have a dealership appointment tomorrow for two things -

A cracked infotainment screen (the crack is deep, not superficial or accidental)
Occasional rubbery steering at low speeds w/ lane assist functions not working

While uninstalling the JB4, I broke the plug B boost sensor clip. First of all, should I be okay to drive to the dealership with this plug not secure?
Second, is there a good chance they'll deny the above service items for suspecting a piggy-back tune? This is the last visit I intend on before going stage 2, so I'm not really concerned about future dealership issues.

I guess I'm wondering if I should have an indie shop fix the broken clip before my appointment. Thanks!

Depends on the dealer. My dealer would not deny warranty for the things you said because they are not powertrain related.
