Problem with Two Factor Authentication setup

I am in IT security and I setup two factor for ALL my online accounts. You have this feature on this forum however there is a setting that is breaking that feature. When I try to register my token with a token confirmation I keep getting looped into a password verification which just resets the token verification all over again and keeps giving me a new private key. It shouldn't be asking me for a password when I confirm my token.
