couldn't you drill right thru and just run a bolt and nut with some loctite?
Are you sure about this?
Not sure what the amp draw is at this testing but that seems really low.

Perhaps on install one could drill holes here and zip tie the rail down to the manifold?

Well the bushings stick out now and the fuel rail isn’t fully seated against the plastic part of the manifold.

that should be great for when 30psi hits the manifold, pushes out the injectors and rail and lights your car on fire haha
everyone do yourself a favor and get some time-serts, do it right.

Those inserts he provides are designed not to ''spin'' when they should be designed to not push /pull back out like a one way barb. We made our own after his failed and my rail lifted. Wasn't a install error either.
