Possible Boost Leak or...?

Hey all,

Going through custom tuning with EQT for a Vortex and MPI install. They have found that my Wastegate actuator duty cycle is high (80% at 28psi, sea level elevation), reported as Turbine act final value.

The car is making requested boost, so I don't think it is a serious/obvious leak or issue.
Checked all my charge piping and clamps are tight, hoses haven't slipped.

I am going to order a setup to do a boost pressure test (soapy water).

Besides a small leak, any other thoughts on what to check/look at?

Along with Turbo and MPI install, I also replaced the PCV system with a new revision OEM one (meant for my car). And I installed a Racingline Turbo Muffler Delete but I took it off today to check the seals/o-rings, couldn't find any issues.

Thanks!

If it doesn't have a boost leak you know your answer.
I'm ordering what I need to do a proper boost leak test of all the piping. If none is found, what would I do to check the bypass opening/fix it?

Or is it OK to run with since it is holding boost?

Unless the WG voltage is not set right and it's not closing properly then you're stuck with how it is performing.

It's fine to run.
Alright. EQT kind of said the same (if I can't find a leak it is OK, but would rather I see if I can get it fixed now if possible).
WG voltage reports as what EQT wants (3.9-4.0v).
I am going to double check nothing is impeding the actuator arm.
