Oil and coolant problems

Hello,
Recently got a gtd 2014
After a few days the oil light came on so got it in the garage for a service to be sure.
After 500 miles since the service the oil and coolant light has came on so it’s gone from full levels to min in 500 miles. There’s no visible leaks I can see on the engine, underneath etc. It still works fine and don’t smoke.
no body seems to know what’s wrong with it as there isn’t any signs of anything, could it be the seals on water pump or oil pump or both? Any other ideas or comments are really appreciated thanks,

Welcome to the forum. The service oil light could have come on because of mileage if the garage didn't reset the message.
On the coolant are saying the coolant reservoir has gone from maximum to minimum in that short of miles have them check the water pump and especially the thermostat housing for leaking.

Thank you for the reply, both the oil and coolant has gone from a full level to the minimum causing the light to come on the dash as it needs topping up. Will do and they said the oil usage could be the turbo?

Does the underside of the hood have black soot above where the turbo is?

Did you buy the car from a dealer?
