she was swiss i assume?
not only an amazingly beautiful country, but some of the nicest people in any country i ever met.
i am curious if that is normal behavior in switzerland?
wouldn't happen often in los angeles or athens i can tell you that from experience.

Yes, it's normal behaviour.
Everyone is insured up to their eyeballs. When we called her about an hour later she had already reported it to her insurer and had a damage reference number for proceeding with repairs...
