It's impossible to overstate how good twice cooked potatoes are. Breakfast this morning:

Left over baked potatoes (per above recipe, refrigerated overnight), sliced 1/2" thick, pan fried in your favorite fat. Bacon grease is the best, but olive oil and butter work well too.

new addition to crisp recipe (apple or seasonal choice)

add in 1 C grape nuts to topping mix. More topping is better and they add a nice crunch.
