Thank you - I saw that too - in that post, the writer was using the insert instead of the cover plate. The holes are not the same.

His install uses this snubber.

I am using this cover instead.
Sorry about that, I need to pay more attention lol.

Hello fellow MK7 aficionados,
I was tempted to order the parts from e-acca.com, like some of you did.
Could you please share your experience?
Is the company reliable?
How much do the charge for shipping to the US? And how long did it take the parts to arrive?

e-acca is reliable, they are an OEM vendor located in Latvia and distribute worldwide.

shipping times vary. variables include part availability and are subject to current global supply chain issues. 30 days is a good estimate, can take longer though.

You can get a shipping quote from their website when you go to check out, however if you are ordering something large/oversized they sometimes will email you after you place the order with an updated shipping price.

I ordered the parts from E-ACCA yesterday… shipping to Florida.
Total $90.
They said that they will ship in 10-12 days…
I’ll update the post when they come in.

Just ordered the 8 parts needed from e-acca for about $85 delivered. Some of the VAG online retailers are asking over $300 for this...that's insane.
