'No source available' error

Have any of you gotten this error when using a USB source for music? - "No source available". I get this periodically when switching on the ignition even though the flashdrive was never unplugged and was working fine prior. The only way I can get it working again is a reboot.

Is this perhaps a known issue requiring a visit to the dealer?

Have you tried a different USB stick? I'd suspect the USB device itself before the car.
