No sound via streaming bluetooth or Apple CarPlay

Was working fine until halfway home last night, then no sound at all thru the speakers with either streaming bluetooth or Apple Car Play. Sirius/XM and the FM radio work fine, so its definitely phone related. I've tried disconnecting the bluetooth and reconnecting, re-pairing to the head unit, turning the head unit on and off, key cycling the car and so far nothing works.

Anyone know how to fix this short a visit to the dealer?

Try a hard reset on your iPhone.

Agreed, sounds more like on the phone side.

Did you update to IOS 14? Mine had brief issues with streaming afterwards. I was able to fix it after a hard reset the phone.

Thanks guys, hard rebooting the phone fixed it. I'm still on iOS 13, I always wait a bit before jumping to a new iOS...
