First log. Had to trim some excess data, so it looks/is kinda janky. Rich AF, we'll see what we can do to fix that. But no knock, sensors are left alone and I'm pretty pleased about it. We'll see how it takes more boost/timing, I have to play with the wastegate next.

Make sure you tighten the bolts lol
mfer you almost gave me a heart attack, I thought it was disconnected in my picture lol

I used a bit of blue thread locker when I assembled the arm on mine. Still tight after 2 years.
I thought about it, and I'll recheck it after a while and see. Right now I think it still needs some alignment.

Yeah, it took me a few attempts to get the side-to-side adjustment dialed in. DG has some videos on fine-tuning that might be helpful. Experiment by adjusting the cable a few threads in or out and see how it affects the location of the 1-2 gate and reverse, then back off a couple of threads at a time till you're happy with it. For me, the sweet spot puts 1-2 just a hair off the reverse lockout, or "against the wall" as DG calls it in their video.

Those allen screws can blow me btw. The back one is awfully rude to get to.

I hear ya! But if you did the basic adjustment when you installed it, you really don't need to mess with the allen screws on the front-to-back anymore. The nice thing about the side-to-side adjustment is that it reuses the factory piece and requires no screws at all. Just some patience. You still need to lock the shift tower and the stick inside the car, but you don't need to loosen the allens on the front-to-back to do that. In my experience with this shifter, dialing it in is all about the side-to-side.

Oh wait alright, yeah I was thinking of the way the counterweight moves, not the way the shifter in the cabin moves. I did notice that even with the shifter locked I have a degree of play in the shifter, but yeah I followed the instructions from DG to a tee (after I thought I could put those graphene sleeves in before installing the arm, then couldn't get the arm to go in -- they really 100% have their process boiled down), so I'll make some further adjustments and see. I also did everything alone, so I'll get my wife to observe the shifter for the elevator test and we'll see if it can be improved.

e: I might also get the shaft bushings, because I have no self control and I want everything to be perfect forever 🙃

I got the DG shaft bushings on the stick along with the Superpin. The shaft bushings didn't make a huge difference in play on mine but they did make selecting reverse feel smoother and more direct. It was very subtle though. I guess my stock ones weren't that worn. The Superpin was rather more noticeable and tightened it up. People say it's a tough install but I didn't think it was that bad. Just take your time.

The install is what, 30 seconds. Taking the console apart is the time consuming part.

Exactly. The pin itself takes seconds. The console took me about 35 minutes to remove when I did it the first time, working slowly. Reassembly was about 20 minutes, so about an hour in total. It would definitely take a lot less time if I did it again.

I hate working on interior bits. So easy to break clips, so now I only do interior stuff if it's warm out. Then the plastic is much less brittle. I still need to make some adjustments to the shifter, but all in all it feels much better. As a whole the car's fantastic. The suspension works wonders with the new tires to really keep things sorted, and logging in similar conditions, I'm making the same power as what I was before on the AP. Time to send it to the marketplace 🤙
