My symphony of suspension noises

I now have a new noise coming from the front left. When I hit a bump even as small as a lane marker, I get a metallic CLACK. Haven't had time to get in there yet but it doesn't sound great. I've hit some very decent potholes at speed so I wouldn't be surprised if something shat the bed.

So between the warm weather and no autocross for the last 2 months, my suspension has been silent.

My theory:
(1) Colder weather shrinks and hardens rubber bushings.
(2) Autocross squishes them around and deforms them slightly.

Which bushings exactly? I don’t know. They probably need to be replaced but I might need to wait for them to get really bad so they can be easily ID’d.

My upper strut bearing creaking came back when the weather warmed up. It was silent all winter haha.

You had to come in here and blow up my theory didn’t you. Jk, it actually is a helpful confirmation that these things react to temperature.
