.....but then what are seats clipped into?

Do you have photos of the install because I'm having a tough time imagining this.

Seat catch hooks go through those two holes on the ends of the top mounts that you then bolt the top half of the top mount to.

The mount itself sits all the way at the base of the hook so the seats can still clip in.

The lowers replace the luggage hooks entirely.

That Racing Line brace, I could not get the top brackets to fit in the latches as the carpet sides was too thick....& the bar I could not get to fit between the the carpet sides....I gave up & sent it back...But Racing line said they tried it on a AWD...& yours is a AWD, I know it sounds stupid as there is supposedly NO difference in the AWD & 2wd GSW bodyshell...

Confused even more.....as the brace is one item I really wanted...

Nice to see you did the 312mm conversion!!

I ended up popping the plastic trim that the seatbelt feeds through and moving the carpet around a little to get it in, and then put everything back in place!

ive had your write up on the 312 conversion saved since about november of last year!

I reckon I would have to do that to my carpet etc to get it to fit properly.....still hanker after one & Tyrolsport still haven't made one..which would have been even better as I like their construction!...
