I have started to look into getting custom tune allied to simos tools. MQB offers reasonably priced tunes. Anyone used them yet?

There's definitely a learning curve BUT the juice is worth the squeeze.

Who? MQB isn't a tuner, it's the chassis code.

I’m using Telfer Racing and he’s been nothing short of awesome. Very responsive and he helped me figure out my build path! He’s new but has a good record of tuning his own car for motorsport and a couple built motors as well.

I might need to look into this. I have another mk7 to tune and I'd honestly like to avoid spending 1k for a cobb plus tune again if possible.

Simos tools is a great platform, I used Cobb for stage 1 and stage 2 but when I decided to go big turbo, Simos made a lot more sense cause custom tunes are reasonably priced and multi map is built right in.
