M1 5W30 is not the correct oil for any of the VWs - it doesn't have any of the approvals. Many of the VW504 00 oils are 5W30 but M1 doesn't make one I believe.

The 5W40 Euro and 0W40 Euro both have the VW502 00 approval if that's what you car calls for. Most of the current year etc. are all either 504s or 508.

got my 2nd one...for ? reason one is $15 and one is $20. I was thinking two $20 but not going to try that battle. It ended up being about $55 for 4 5L jugs. Deal
