Simply put, the powerflex insert is just two small little stakes that go up into the upper bushing. The 034 upper insert is still a better insert because you install a part that fills much more of the upper void than all the 2-in-1 lower+upper inserts.

Yes, that's the hybrid mount that replaces the lower bushing with inserts for the upper bushing

The upper and lower inserts look like a taller stage 1 insert as it just fills the voids in the upper and lower bushings.

Edit: Make sure you order the correct type for your Dog bone style. They have a A and B model depending on which you have.

Yeah the hybrid replaces the lower bushing and inserts into the upper bushing. The insert inserts into both the lower and upper bushings.

Yeah, especially if you have a manual. Manuals really benefit from the hybrid with little of the NVH. DSGs get more NVH from hybrid bushing.

Seeing as you've already replaced the lower bushing I'd say go for it. The inserts are a nice choice for those unsure about NVH as it's easy to remove and you don't have to cut out the lower Dogbone bushing - plus you can use the red diesel insert for softer still. If you've already modded it, I'd go full hybrid.

Or is it a stupid question because it is an electric motor and replace the electric motor when it fails?
