I’d love that, but he didn’t give me that option. He said he’ll send me the tool, but we have to do the tune over the phone. Why live flash. Just buy the tuner from Ian & you can upload the tune yourself

This is the first I’ve heard of it.Is everybody getting the suction pump recall done even if you're not having any issues with it?
So is he sending you a premade tune or are you sending logs and tuning?I’d love that, but he didn’t give me that option. He said he’ll send me the tool, but we have to do the tune over the phone.
If you google search "VW Canada Virtual Counter" you have access to all the diagrams and part numbers for your VIN#Is there an easy search for part numbers for VW? Every website I have tried has the most non intuitive way of finding part numbers.
Is anyone able to help with part numbers for the two different length bolts for the pendulum mount where it attaches to the transmission?
2019 Golf R DSG

Definitely a consideration but I was noticing this when I still had my summer tires on, but snows definitely don't helpCold weather/snows?
Should be fine for Stage 1, I believe the big thing there is checking your plugs regularly for the heat mark location and increasing your change frequency.I've been noticing a dip in my MPG lately that isn't explained solely by my right foot. I have a 2019 GTI manual, it's got a stock tune, IE intake, and a TIP. I've put on ~62k and changed the oil at 60k and did plugs around 40k
I'm am going to clean the air filter and replace plugs, is there anything else I should take a look at?
I have a stage 1 EQT tune I'll be loading soon so which plugs I get are a consideration. EQT doesn't say anything about going colder for the time so assuming Ruth's are good for stock and stage 1?
Ran Ruth’s on upgraded turbo for 2 years without any issues.Should be fine for Stage 1, I believe the big thing there is checking your plugs regularly for the heat mark location and increasing your change frequency.
Stage 2 IIRC is where you want one step colder plugs, possibly a recessed design of some denomination, etc. They used to have a page on their site about their plug recommendations.

Maybe soundaktor noise. Easiest way to turn off is to unplug. Or can set to 0% with VCDS/OBD11.only ever had NA cars - When driving what i assume is the after market airbox or blow off valve connected to the Turbo makes a wheeze like its dumping air during gear changes. - None of the stock cars i test drove had this sound - how do i get rid of it ?
