Hello, just out of interest, has anyone managed to get the Android auto lower navigation bar to left side? I tried changing screen resolution, but no success.

I know this has been covered ad nauseam but I’m in the middle of deciding between Bilstein B4 and B6s for my MK7 R and would like any current opinions on both. I will be sticking with the stock springs. I’m leaning B4s as I don’t track. Wondering if there’s anyone with experience with both.

I'm currently leaning towards the KSA's myself when the time comes

Almost time for an oil change, gonna order the kit from FCP within the next day or two. Last time I did it I used the LiquiMoly 0w20 kit. Now that I am tuned I wonder if it would be beneficial to move up to a 5w40 oil. Was questioned last time about my choice but figured stock tune gets stock oil.

Thoughts and opinions welcome, first time tuning a car ever so wanna make sure I do this right.

You'll get a lot of opinions, run whatever your tuner says to run. Or whatever is easiest for you to run.

I have used 0w20, 5w30 and 5w40 while tuned and while running a hybrid turbo. I've generally stuck with 5w40 because it's easier for me to find a good 5w40 at a reasonable price point and my tuner doesn't have a problem with it.

Looks like I'll be running 5w40, I know they say Motul but I'll see what FCP offers as far as LiquiMoly or Motul, as long as it's 508 Spec and reasonbly priced I should be good.

Edit: 5w40 does not come in VW508 flavor. After some light research I see the VW502 5w40 is acceptable. Will be ordering that kit

Well I should have been more specific about the question of dampers as I should have said that I have DCC. It doesn't appear as if the KSA have DCC. Still open to any suggestions or thoughts about the B4/B6 option.

B4 will be softer and my preference. Do they make B4s with DCC though? Not a whole lot of options IIRC.

I think I'm down to B4s, B6s, and B16s for DCC options. I'm leaning B4s for that reason, comfort.

Oops haha. I have been in my poverty-spec S trim 2015 for so long I forgot DCC even existed haha.
